This sandwich is great for breakfast. It is a combination of a BLT and grilled cheese, top with a runny egg. So delicious especially with my English Muffin Bread.
BLT Fried Egg and Cheese Sandwich
Ingredients:
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices Monterey jack cheese
- 8 slices bread
- miracle whip
- 4 tomato slices
- lettuce
Directions:
- In a non stick skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and cooks eggs until crispy around the edges and yolk is still runny.
- While bacon and eggs are cooking, toast the bread and spread with miracle whip.
- Top the bread with cheese, bacon, tomato and lettuce. Top with fried egg and another slice of bread.
