Tater Tot Casserole

Tater Tot Casserole: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

This is my husbands favorite dish. In fact he remembers the first time I made this dish. Apparently he came home from work after a long and rough day to this wonderful dish and it was love at first bite.  No other tater tot casserole I have made even comes close to how much he loves this dish.

Tater Tot Casserole: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Tater Tot Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 pounds frozen tater tots
Directions"
  1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Pat ground turkey into the bottom of prepared baking dish.
  3. Spread soup over turkey and top with cheese.
  4. Cover with tater tots.
  5. Cover the baking dish and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
