What a delicious dish! So creamy and just all around delicious. This is one of those comforting delicious dishes. Did I mention it was delicious?
If you like Alfredo, then this dish is for you! Loaded with plenty of cheese and goes well with my Basic Alfredo Sauce.
Three Cheese Chicken Alfredo Bake
Ingredients:
- 16 ounces penne pasta
- 20 ounces Alfredo sauce
- 8 ounces light sour cream
- 15 ounces low fat ricotta cheese
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and return to pot.
- While pasta is cooking, in a large bowl combine the Alfredo sauce, sour cream, ricotta cheese, garlic, chicken, eggs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Add this mixture to the pasta and stir to combine.
- Spread into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
