I think the next time I make I think I will play around with some other flavors of chips. Knowing me I will probably pick a spicy one.
Chili Casserole
Ingredients:
- 40 ounce can low sodium chili
- 4 ounce can green chilies
- 2 1/4 ounce can sliced black olives
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups ranch flavored tortilla chips, crushed
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350º F. Spray a 2 1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl combine the chili, green chilies, black olives and cheese.
- Add in the crushed chips and stir just until mixed.
- Transfer to prepared baking dish. bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.
