When cooking I do not mind complicated recipes, but every once in awhile it is nice to make a quick and easy one. Not only are these pork quick and easy, but they are delicious as well.
Smokey Grilled Pork Chops
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 4 pork chops
Directions:
- In a small bowl combine all the ingredients except the pork chops.
- Apply the rub to both sides of the pork chops and grill until completely cooked.
