Sometimes when trying a new recipe the main flavor of the recipe does not come through like I think it will or should. This recipe happens to be the complete opposite. The eggnog flavor came through so well and it was delicious.

Even without the eggnog syrup you can taste the eggnog flavor of this french toast. However, the eggnog syrup is delicious and only adds to the wonderful eggnog flavor.
