Cranberry Raspberry Punch

Cranberry Raspberry Punch: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I do not make punch often, hence why this punch is not in a punch bowl, but a large plastic container. But when I saw this punch recipe I knew I needed to make it because it sounded so very good. Well it did not disappoint, it was delicious. Just make sure you have a large crowd to drink it up. It will make about 1 gallon, which will serve 21 people a 6 ounce glass of punch.

Cranberry Raspberry Punch

Ingredients:

  • 1 quart + 2 cups raspberry sherbet, softened
  • 12 ounces frozen lemonade concentrate, slightly thawed
  • 11.5 ounces cranberry juice concentrate, slightly thawed
  • 2 cups orange juice, chilled
  • 2 liters ginger ale, chilled

Directions:

  1. Add 2 cups raspberry sherbet and lemonade concentrate to a blender and blend until smooth. Add in 1 cup orange juice and blend until smooth.Pour into a punch bowl.
  2. Add 2 more cups raspberry sherbet and cranberry concentrate to a blender and blend until smooth. Add in 1 cup orange juice and blend until smooth. Pour into the punch bowl and gently stir to mix.
  3. Pour in the ginger ale and gently stir to mix.
  4. Using the remaining raspberry sherbet place scoops of it into the punch.
Enjoy!!!
