Peanut Apple Butter Bites

Peanut Apple Butter Bites: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I had defrosted a jar of my Crock Pot Apple Butter and got to thinking about a recipe I had pinned that used apple butter and decided now would be the perfect time to try the recipe. It just so happened that the recipe was a snack and my youngest daughter needed a new snack for school. Plus I had all of the ingredients in my pantry. It really makes me happy when things work out well like this.

Peanut Apple Butter Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup apple butter
  • 1 cup finely ground graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped peanuts

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl stir together the peanut butter and apple butter. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Place the chopped peanuts into a small bowl.
  3. Scoop out tablespoon size balls of the apple butter mixture and roll into a ball.
  4. Roll the ball in the peanuts to coat. Continue with the rest of the apple butter mixture.
  5. Store in the refrigerator.
Enjoy!!!
