Hard Boiled Egg and Bacon Grilled Cheese

Hard Boiled Egg and Bacon Grilled Cheese: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Everyone in my family loves hard boiled eggs, so when I see a recipe that uses them in a different way, I always give them a look. This grilled cheese was a great way to use hard boiled eggs. The whole family loved it. To make this sandwich even better you can use any cheese you like. I used cheddar and pepper jack.

Hard Boiled Egg and Bacon Grilled Cheese
Ingredients:
1 slice turkey bacon
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
hot sauce, to taste
2 slices sandwich bread
1 hard boiled egg
black pepper, to taste
2 slices cheese, any type

Directions:
Cook the bacon until crispy.

Combine the mayonnaise and desired amount of hot sauce. Spread the mixture onto 1 slice of bread. Top with 1 slice of cheese.

Slice the hard boiled egg and season with black pepper. Place the hard boiled egg slices on top the cheese. Place the crispy bacon on top of the eggs. Place the last slice of cheese on top of the bacon followed by the remaining slice of bread.

Place the sandwich on a preheated griddle and cooked until the bread is golden brown. Carefully flip the sandwich and cook on the other side until the bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Enjoy!!!
