Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad

Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I love my pasta, whether it is in a hot dish or cold in a salad and I love the flavor of buffalo. So I was very excited to try this salad that combines the yummy spicy buffalo flavor with delicious pasta salad. Plus it comes together easily, especially if you have chicken that is already cooked.

Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rotini pasta
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • light ranch dressing light ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and refrigerate.
  2. Cook chicken your desired way, shred and refrigerate.
  3. In a large bowl combine the chilled pasta, shredded chicken, chopped celery and shredded carrots.
  4. In a small bowl combine the ranch dressing and hot sauce.
  5. Pour the dressing over the pasta and stir until everything is evenly coated.
