Stuffed Pasta Shells

Stuffed Pasta Shells: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

These shells are very easy to prepare. It does takes a little bit of time to stuff the shells, but it is totally worth it. I served these with a salad and some breadsticks and the meal was complete.

Stuffed Pasta Shells

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1- 15 ounce container ricotta cheese
  • 1- 10 ounce package frozen spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1- 12 ounce package jumbo pasta shells
  • 28 ounces spaghetti sauce

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º F. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  2. Cook pasta according to directions and carefully drain the shells to avoid tearing them.
  3. In a large bowl combine the mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese and spinach.
  4. When shells are cool enough to handle, stuff them with the cheese and spinach mixture.
  5. Place stuffed shells in prepared baking dish and pour spaghetti sauce over the shells.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
