Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Garlic Roasted Potatoes: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

These potatoes are a great side dish to any meal. They are flavorful and easy to prepare.

Garlic Roasted Potatoes


  • 3 pounds red potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning


  1. Preheat oven to 400ยบ F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Cut potatoes into bite size pieces and place in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl combine the olive oil, black pepper, minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Pour over potatoes and toss to coat potatoes well.
  4. Spread potatoes out on prepared baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes or until potatoes are browned and crisp on the outside.
