Raspberry Spinach Salad: Raspberry Spinah Salad

I love this salad! We eat a lot of salads in our house and this salad ranks somewhere in my top 5. It is so easy prepare and just tastes delicious.

Raspberry Spinach Salad


  • 9 cups spinach
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • dash black pepper


  1. In a large bowl gently combine the spinach and 2 3/4 cups raspberries.
  2. In a small bowl mash the remaining raspberries. Strain the berries reserving the juice and discarding the seeds.
  3. Whisk together the raspberry juice, olive oil, vinegar, sugar and pepper. Drizzle over salad and gently toss to coat.
