California Chicken

California Chicken: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

The cookbook that this recipe came from had this to say about the name of the chicken, "The word "California" is often used to describe recipes that are light and healthy.". I never really knew that, but this chicken is pretty healthy and light.

Besdies being light and healthy, this chicken is simple and flavorful with a splash of lemon flavor. Perfect for a summer meal.
