Crock Pot Nachos

Savory Sweet and Satisfying: Crock Pot Nachos

I almost did not make this recipe because I already have a nacho recipe that I love (which you can check out here) but decided to give it a try. I mean what would be so wrong with having two nacho recipes, plus it is different from my other recipe.

I prefer my other nacho recipe slightly better then this one, but one nice thing about this one is it can be used as a dip, served right out of the crock pot without all the toppings.

Crock Pot Nachos
Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey
1/4 cup diced yellow onion
1/4 cup diced green pepper
16 ounces taco sauce
1- 15 ounce can refreied beans
1- 10 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1 package taco seasoning
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
tortilla chips
lettuce, chopped
tomatoes, diced
sour cream

Directions:
Brown turkey, onions and green pepper. Drian, if needed.

Place turkey mixture, taco sauce, refried beans, soup, taco seasoning and cheese in a crock pot. Stir to combine.

Cover and cook on high for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Serve over chips and top with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.

Enjoy!!!
