Spaghetti Salad

Spaghetti Salad: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I had a co-worker several years ago make a spaghetti salad that was more flavorful than another other I had ever had. Her secret was simple, McCormick's Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme Seasoning. Just a few tablespoons of this in your spaghetti salad and it will boost the flavor. My husband, who is a fan of spaghetti salad, agreed that it made all the difference.

Savory Sweet and Satisfying: Spaghetti Salad

Spaghetti Salad

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces spaghetti noodles
  • 15 ounce can black olives, sliced
  • 8 ounces turkey pepperoni
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing
  • 5 tablespoons McCormick's Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain well and cool.
  2. While pasta is cooking slice the olives, cut the pepperoni slices into quarters, chop the red pepper, cut the tomatoes in half.
  3. When pasta is cooled, combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl or container and mix.
  4. Refrigerate overnight.
  5. When ready to serve, add some additional Italian dressing and stir to mix.
Enjoy!!!

Notes:
I used to make this with whole wheat pasta, but now use regular and have since updated the recipe to included the change in pasta and the change in amounts of other ingredients. Whole wheat pasta use to only have 13.25 ounces in a package.
