Oatmeal Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup cranberry juice
Directions:
- Place oats in a blender and blend until a fine powder.
- Add in the ice, raspberries, yogurt, banana, honey and cranberry juice.
- Blend until all ingredients are well mixed and smooth.
