Sour Cream Noodle Bake

Sour Cream Noodle Bake: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

My husband discovered a low sodium cottage cheese, which is nice because regular cottage cheese has a fair amount of sodium in it. I used the low sodium cottage cheese in this dish so my husband would be able to eat it.

It is nice that companies are starting to make low sodium varieties of their products. Makes my cooking for my husband easier and allows my husband to enjoy more of the foods he enjoys. Now if only they would make low sodium sausage and bacon.
