I love pasta! I think I could eat a pasta dish everyday and never get tired of it. There is something so good and delicious about it and this dish is no exception.
Chicken Mozzarella with Pasta
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces spaghetti noodles
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to directions and drain.
- Place olive oil in a large skillet and heat.
- Cut each chicken breast in half lengthwise and place in skillet. Cook until browned about 3-4 minutes. Flip and cook on other side until browned about 3 minutes.
- Top each chicken breast with a piece of cheese. Cover skillet and cook until cheese is melted about 1 minute.
- While chicken is cooking heat spaghetti sauce in a small skillet.
- Combine the spaghetti sauce and the noodles.
- Serve onto individual plates or bowl.
- Top each serving with a chicken breast.
