Sriracha Glazed Chicken

Holy spicy chicken!!! My husband and I loved it!

Savory Sweet and Satisfying: Sriracha Glazed Chicken

This dish is not for those of you who do not like spicy things. You can reduce the amount of chili paste and sriracha to reduce the amount of spiciness, but it will still be a bit spicy.

You can cook this chicken on the grill or in a skillet it is really all about the spicy sauce.

Sriracha Glazed Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup chili paste
  • 1/4 cup plum sauce
  • 1/4 cup sriracha
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl combine the brown sugar, vinegar, chili paste, plum sauce and sriracha until completely mixed.
  2. Add a chicken breast, turn to coat and place on a plate. Repeat with remaining chicken breasts.
  3. Transfer remaining sauce to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, until the sauce has reduced to about one cup.
