Cheesy Chili Dip

A delicious and cheesy chili dip that uses leftover chili. I used this Four Taco Bean Chili for this dip, but you could use any leftover chili.

Cheesy Chili Dip


  • 2 cups Four Bean Taco Chili
  • 8 ounces salsa
  • 4 ounce can chopped green chilies
  • 16 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded


  1. In a medium pot, over medium low heat, combine all ingredients.
  2. Cook and stir occasionally until cheese has melted and dip is warm.
