Parmesan Chicken Pasta

With just a few ingredients and a little bit of time you can be enjoying some yummy parmesan chicken.

Parmesan Chicken Pasta


  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 16 ounces spaghetti noodles


  1. Cook pasta according to directions.
  2. Cut chicken in half horizontally.
  3. In a shallow dish whisk the egg. In another shallow dish combine the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and onion powder.
  4. In a skillet over medium high heat, heat up the olive oil.
  5. Dip both sides of the chicken breasts into the egg and then coat it with the panko mixture.
  6. Place coated chicken into hot oil. Cook until golden brown on both sides and completely cooked.
  7. Combine the cooked pasta with the spaghetti sauce, reserving some sauce.
  8. Place the chicken on the pasta and top with remaining sauce.
