Chili Casserole

Savory Sweet and Satisfying: Chili Casserole

This dish makes a great lunch. You take a basic can of chili and add some yummy ingredients to it and then bake it in the oven. So delicious.

I think the next time I make I think I will play around with some other flavors of chips. Knowing me I will probably pick a spicy one.

Chili Casserole
Ingredients:
1- 40 ounce can low sodium chili
1- 4 ounce can green chilies
1- 2 1/4 ounce can sliced black olives
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cups ranch flavored tortilla chips, crushed

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ยบ F. Spray a 2 1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl combine the chili, green chilies, black olives and cheese. Add in the crushed chips and stir just until mixed. Transfer to prepared baking dish. bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly.
