From my last experience with chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, I knew if I bought them for this recipe I would either need to make some of my previous recipes that use chipotle peppers, find some new reciepes that use chipotle peppers or figure out how long I can store the remaining peppers.
Well after some research I have discovered that they will last in an air tight container in the fridge for 3-4 months. Also you can puree them and freeze them either in one large batch or smaller batches like an ice cube tray.
So now I do not have to rush to make a bunch of recipes to use them up right away like I did last time. Yay!
Now for the burgers. The only thing I can say is they are delicious and worth making again and again!
