Black Jack Burgers

Black Jack Burgers: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I have been finding some really yummy burger recipes lately, which make me happy because I have been in the mood for some good burgers. These burgers are not lacking on flavor at all. They are so delicious!

Black Jack Burgers

Ingredients:

Blackening Spice

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Burger

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 4 hamburger buns

Special Sauce

  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sriacha
  • 1 teaspoon pickle relish
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced

Directions:

Blackening Spice

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all of the spices.

Burger

  1. In a large bowl combine the ground turkey, cheese, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Form the turkey into 4 equal patties.
  3. Sprinkle both sides of the patties with the blackening spice, using it all up.
  4. Cook the burgers you desired way.

Special Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

Assembly

  1. Apply special sauce to hamburger buns, top buns with burger patty and top burger patty with tomato slice.
Enjoy!!!

Notes:
If you do not like thing super spicy, just reduce the amount of seasoning added to the burger patties.
