BLT sandwich, chicken Alfredo and pizza all come together in this easy and delicious meal. Serve this for lunch or dinner and it is sure to be a hit. I made it for lunch and there were no leftovers. Everyone kept going back for "just one more piece".
BLT Chicken Alfredo French Bread Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425 F.
- Cut the bread in half lengthwise, making 2 halves.
- Spread 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce onto each cut side of the bread. Sprinkle each side with half of the parmesan cheese.
- Top each half of bread with half of the chicken, bacon, tomatoes and spinach. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the toppings on each half of bread.
- Bake for 15 minutes. If desired, broil for 1 minute.
