BLT Chicken Alfredo French Bread Pizza: Savory Sweet and Satisfying
 
BLT sandwich, chicken Alfredo and pizza all come together in this easy and delicious meal. Serve this for lunch or dinner and it is sure to be a hit. I made it for lunch and there were no leftovers. Everyone kept going back for "just one more piece".

BLT Chicken Alfredo French Bread Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken breasts
  • 3/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  2. Cut the bread in half lengthwise, making 2 halves.
  3. Spread 1/2 cup of Alfredo sauce onto each cut side of the bread. Sprinkle each side with half of the parmesan cheese.
  4. Top each half of bread with half of the chicken, bacon, tomatoes and spinach. Sprinkle half of the cheese over the toppings on each half of bread.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes. If desired, broil for 1 minute.
