BLT with Black Pepper Aioli
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- bread
- cooked bacon
- lettuce
- tomato slices
Directions:
- In a small bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, lemon juice and black pepper.
- Toast your bread and spread both slices with some of the sauce.
- Top one of the bread slices with some bacon, lettuce and tomato slices. Place the other bread slice on top.
Enjoy!!!
Notes:
If you like avocado feel free to add some to the sandwich.
