I made a few iced coconut latte's this summer, so it only makes sense that I make a hot one this fall/winter. Using coconut milk, is an easy way to add coconut flavor.

Coconut Latte
Ingredients:
- 4 ounces strong brewed coffee
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions:
- Pour the coffee into a mug.
- Add the coconut milk and brown sugar to a glass measuring cup and microwave for about 45 seconds.
- Using a milk frother, forth the milk and pour into the mug over the coffee.
