Coconut Latte

Coconut Latte: Savory Sweet and Satisfying
 
I made a few iced coconut latte's this summer, so it only makes sense that I make a hot one this fall/winter. Using coconut milk, is an easy way to add coconut flavor.

Coconut Latte

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces strong brewed coffee
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Pour the coffee into a mug.
  2. Add the coconut milk and brown sugar to a glass measuring cup and microwave for about 45 seconds.
  3. Using a milk frother, forth the milk and pour into the mug over the coffee.
