Crockpot Sausage and Potatoes

Crockpot Sausage and Potatoes: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I love crock pot meals. They are so easy and make getting dinner on the table a breeze. I do not love that I am at work for 9 hours plus an hour commute making it 10 hours. Most crock pot meals on low cook for 6-8 hours. This makes it hard for me to make crock pot meals. I wonder if they make a timer for crock pots, so I can set it to have the crock pot turn on at a certain time? Maybe they make a crock pot with this kind of feature? If anyone has an insights to this let me know.

Crockpot Sausage and Potatoes: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

This recipe is ridiculously easy. The hardest part was cutting the potatoes. I choose to leave the peels on, for two reasons. One, that is where all the nutrients are and two, I don't like peeling potatoes and it takes more time to peel and then chop. Easy, delicious and flavorful, that's my kind of crock pot meal.

  • 1 yellow onion, diced

Directions:

  1. Spray a crock pot with cooking spray.
  2. Add all of the ingredients into the crock pot and stir to combine.

Enjoy!!!
