Coconut Caramel Cold Brew


When I started using coconut milk to make some coffee, I needed to find some more in order to use up the coconut milk. Since coconut milk is not sweet, the caramel adds the sweetness this coffee needs.

Since my coconut milk had been in the refrigerator, I had to blend it in really well, to make sure there were no chunks from the coconut milk.

Coconut Caramel Cold Brew

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold brew coffee
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • coffee ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Add the coffee, coconut milk and caramel to a glass and blend well. 
  2. Add in the coffee ice cubes.
