I do not know anybody that does not like a simple and easy chicken recipe that is also flavorful. Besides being simple and easy, this chicken is ready to eat in about 15 minutes.
Garlic Butter Chicken Bites
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 7 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
- Pat the chicken breast dry with paper towels. Add the chicken to a sealable bag.
- To the bag, add in the parsley, basil, black pepper and flour. Seal the bag and shake to coat the chicken.
- In a large skillet, over medium heat, heat the butter and oil. Once the butter has melted, add the chicken pieces in, in a single layer. Do not overcrowd the skillet. Cook in batches if needed.
- Cook the chicken for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Flip the chicken over and cook on the other side for 2 more minutes or until golden brown.
- Add in the garlic and cook for 1 minute, do not overcook the garlic. Turn off the heat and serve.
