This frozen mochaccino was the perfect afternoon treat, especially after working in the yard. This creamy and smooth frozen treat tasted absolutely amazing! The taste and texture reminded me of a mousse, a frozen mousse.
Baileys Frozen Mochaccino

Directions:
- In a small pot, stir together the sugar, coffee and water. Bring the mixture to a boil and let boil for about 2 minutes.

- Once the mixture has cooled to room temperature, stir in the Baileys.
- In a medium bowl, beat the whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the cooled chocolate mixture into the whipped cream.
- Scoop the mixture into individual serving bowls and cover with plastic wrap making sure the plastic wrap touches the top of the mixture. Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Enjoy!!!
