Peanut butter and cream cheese in overnight oats equals delicious. It's not a secret that I love cheesecake and being able to enjoy that taste in my morning breakfast is my way to start the day.
Peanut Butter Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
Directions:
- In a mason jar or other sealable container, add in the peanut butter, cream cheese, greek yogurt and vanilla. Stir until well mixed.
- Add in the milk and oats. Stir until well mixed.
- Seal the container and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, give the oats a quick stir before eating and add a bit more milk if oats are too thick for your taste.
