I have come to learn I like baked spaghetti better than just stove top. I also like trying new recipes and baked chicken spaghetti seemed like a new and tasty twist on baked spaghetti.  
Just looking at the ingredients I knew this spaghetti had the potential to be delicious. I was just not prepared for how creamy and delicious it would be. So much so that I had to come back for a little bit more and couldn't wait for the leftovers on another night.
Baked Chicken Spaghetti
Ingredients:
- 16 ounces spaghetti noodles
 - 1 pound bacon
 - 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
 - 2 eggs
 - 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
 - 2- 10 1/2 ounce cans cream of chicken soup
 - 1 cup sour cream
 - 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
 - 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350º F. Lightly spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
 - Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until al dente. Drain the noodles well and return to the pot.
 - While the pasta cooks, in a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Place the bacon on a paper towel lined plate and allow to cool before crumbling.
 - In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs and parmesan cheese. Pour over the spaghetti and toss to coat.
 - In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, chicken soup, sour cream, shredded chicken, 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese, bacon, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper and onion powder.
 - Transfer 1/2 of the spaghetti into the prepared baking dish, top with half of the cheese and chicken mixture. Repeat these layers one more time. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
 - Bake for 30-45 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
