Nutella ice cream is just what any Nutella lover needs. The ice cream has the best chocolate hazelnut flavor and has a soft serve consistency to it even after freezing overnight.
Nutella Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Nutella
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup half and half
- 1 1/3 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions:
- Place freezer safe container, for storing the ice cream, in the freezer.
- In a large bowl add the Nutella, sugar and half and half. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved and Nutella is completely incorporated.
- Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
- Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's directions.
- Remove storage container from freezer and transfer ice cream into it. Put lid on and freeze.
