Roasted Parmesan Green Beans: Savory Sweet and Satisfying
 
I love easy and delicious vegetable dishes. Most times I am so focused on the main dish that I do not have time or the desire to worry about making a vegetable other than a salad or frozen veggie. But with a vegetable like this, I have problem making it since it is so easy and hardly takes any time or thought and yet is so delicous.

Roasted Parmesan Green Beans: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Roasted Parmesan Green Beans

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoons panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400º F.
  2. In a large bowl, toss all of the ingredients together.
  3. Spread the green beans out in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Roast to green beans for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
Enjoy!!!

Notes:
I have also made this using frozen green beans. I do not thaw the green beans first, I prepare the recipe with the green beans still frozen.
