This bang bang sauce has been making the rounds around the internet in various forms. I have previously used it with some homemade chicken nuggets and it was so delicious that when I saw it used in pasta I knew it would be delicious.
Pasta and this sauce were meant to be. The spicy sauce goes so well with the pasta creating a delicious dish. I am so glad that I doubled the original recipe so I could have leftovers to enjoy on another night.
Bang Bang Chicken Pasta
Ingredients:
- 16 ounces spaghetti noodles
 - 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
 - 3/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
 - 1 tablespoon honey
 - 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
 - 2 tablespoons lime juice
 
Directions:
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions, drain well and return to the pot.
 - Lightly spray a skillet with cooking spray and heat to medium-high. Add in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute or until the garlic smells. Add in chicken and cook for 5-10 minutes or until completely cooked and lightly browned.
 - While the chicken cooks, in a small bowl whisk together the sauce ingredients.
 - Once the chicken is done, add it to the pasta along with the sauce and toss to mix.
