This Nutella mousse could not be any easier. Just two ingredients and a few minutes of time and this mousse will be in the fridge. The hardest part is waiting for the mousse to set up in the fridge. But once it is done you will be enjoying a delicious dessert.
Nutella Mousse
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup Nutella
Directions:
- Place the Nutella in a microwave safe bowl and heat for 5-10 seconds. You just want to soften the Nutella, not completely melt it. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the Nutella until completely, blended together.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Notes:
To help the whipping cream whip better, place the beaters and bowl in the freezer for about 15 minutes before adding the whipping cream and beating.
If desired you can spoon the mousse into individual serving bowls before refrigerating.
