Everything Bagel Hummus
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic
- 15 ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed, reserving the liquid
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons reserved chickpea liquid
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
Directions:
- In a food processor add tahini and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Add in the whole garlic clove and a handful of chickpeas. Mix well. Continue adding handfuls of chickpeas mixing well after each addition.
- Add in the olive oil, the liquid from drained chickpeas and the everything bagel seasoning. Mix until well blended.
- Transfer to a container and sprinkle with some everything bagel seasoning.
- Cover the container and refrigerate overnight before serving.
