Out of all the fish recipes I have made lately this was my husbands favorite. He thought it was absolutely delicious and wanted more if it. I loved it because it was so super easy to prepare.
Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 16 ounces green beans, trimmed and washed
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- black pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400º F. Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Place the salmon, green beans and carrots on the baking sheet.
- Spoon teriyaki sauce over the salmon.
- Drizzle the green beans and carrots with olive oil and season with black pepper.
- Bake until the easily flakes about 16-18 minutes.
Notes:
The carrot and green beans came out with a little bite to them. If you want them a bit softer cook them for a few minutes and then add the fish and teriyaki sauce.
