Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon

Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

Out of all the fish recipes I have made lately this was my husbands favorite. He thought it was absolutely delicious and wanted more if it.  I loved it because it was so super easy to prepare.

Sheet Pan Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 16 ounces green beans, trimmed and washed
  • 1 pound baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • black pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400º F. Line the baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  2. Place the salmon, green beans and carrots on the baking sheet.
  3. Spoon teriyaki sauce over the salmon.
  4. Drizzle the green beans and carrots with olive oil and season with black pepper.
  5. Bake until the easily flakes about 16-18 minutes.
Enjoy!!!

Notes:
The carrot and green beans came out with a little bite to them. If you want them a bit softer cook them for a few minutes and then add the fish and teriyaki sauce.
