Oven Baked French Fries

Oven Baked French Fries: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

When it comes to fries, I prefer thin and crispy. However, these fires are so delicious they will make it into my fry rotation. The outside of the fries are nice and crispy with a soft inside. The seasoning on the fries is so delicious and adds nice flavor.

Oven Baked French Fries

Ingredients:

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400º F. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. Cut the potatoes into 1/2 inch thick slices and place into a large bowl.
  3. Add the oil and all of the spices to the bowl and toss to completely and evenly coat the potatoes.
  4. Place the potatoes on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space in between the potatoes.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then turn the potatoes over and bake an additional 15 minutes or until crispy.
Enjoy!!!
