Sunshine Smoothie

Sunshine Smoothie: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I am really enjoying making all of these different smoothies. But it will be nice to not have to take pictures of the smoothies after a run and before getting ready for work. Plus it is still dark outside, so that doesn't help with taking pictures. 

This smoothie put a smile on my face. It's tropical flavors made me happy and I enjoyed every sip of the smoothie.

Sunshine Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 mandarin orange, peeled
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt

Directions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
