Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Smoothie: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

For me peanut butter and banana are a classic flavor. I grew up eating peanut butter and banana sandwiches. This smoothie reminded me of that sandwich and the oatmeal added to the smoothie made the smoothie a little better for you.

Banana Peanut Butter Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt

Cooking Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
