Garlic Herb Buttermilk Dressing

Garlic Herb Buttermilk Dressing: Savory Sweet and Satisfying

I made this dressing to go along with a salad, but the dressing was so delicious that I felt it needed a post all of its own. I can see making this dressing instead of buying store bought salad dressing.

Garlic Herb Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dried chives
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1-2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried dill

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the buttermilk and mayonnaise.
  2. Add in all of the remaining ingredients and whisk until well combined.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Enjoy!!!

Notes:
Makes about 2 1/2 cups of dressing.
