I have always been one of those people who enjoys the crispy cheese parts of a recipe. If there is crispy cheese left in a pan or on a baking sheet I will not let them go to waste. I will scrap them up and enjoy them. So this recipe takes those delicious crispy cheese bits and turns them into a delicious snack.
