Oatmeal bites are a great snack and so easy to make. Making them at home allows you to know exactly what is in them. Also there is a lot of different varieties you can make.
This variety is a great way to use up those leftover bananas and the chocolate chips add a touch of sweetness.
Banana Oat Bites
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 honey
- 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
- In a large bowl mash the bananas.
- Add in the oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips and cinnamon. Mix until well combined.

- Refrigerate the oats for at least 2 hours before eating.
- Store remaining bites in the refrigerator.
Enjoy!!!
Notes:
If the mixture does not come together in a ball, refrigerate for about 30 minutes and then try again.
