These wraps are super easy to make and can be ready in less than 20 minutes. Plus the combination of barbecue chicken ad sweet pineapple taste delicious.
Hawaiian Barbecue Chicken Wraps
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2/3 cup pineapple chunks, drained
- romaine lettuce, chopped
- 4 tortillas
Directions:
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Add in the chicken and season with black pepper. Cook until the chicken is completely cooked. Add the barbecue sauce to the skillet and stir to coat the chicken well.
- Place a tortilla on a plate and add some of the chicken, cheese, pineapple and romaine lettuce. Roll up the tortilla and serve.
