I love making delicious coffee drinks at home. It saves me a bunch of money and it does not require me to go out in the freezing cold to get one. I can enjoy my coffee drinks in the comfort and warmth of my own house on the weekends.
White Chocolate Mocha
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons white chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- whipped cream
Directions:
- In a small saucepan, combine the coffee, milk and white chocolate chips.
- Heat over medium high heat, whisking constantly until it comes to a simmer. Simmer for 1-2 minutes, while still whisking constantly.
- Remove from the heat and whisk in the vanilla.
- Pour into a large mug and top with whipped cream, if desired.
