When enjoying a delicious crock pot dish like this one, it reminds me that I need to use my crock pot more often. I enjoy not being stuck in the kitchen on the weekends and being able to enjoy more family time or getting others things done that I need to. I guess it is time to search for some more delicious and easy crock pot recipes to try.
Crock Pot Cheesy Potatoes with Sausage
Ingredients:
- 4 cups frozen cubed hash browns
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 16 ounces smoked sausage, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- black pepper, to taste
- In a crock pot add the frozen potatoes, diced bell peppers, diced onion, sliced sausage, shredded cheese, sour cream, oregano and basil.
- Stir in the cream of chicken soup and season with black pepper.
- Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4-5 hours or high heat for 2-3 hours.
