Easy and delicious oat bites make the perfect snack. Plus they do not require any baking.
Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Bites
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 2/3 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon honey
Cooking Directions:
- In a medium bowl mix all of the ingredients until well blended.
- Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, to help the balls stick together better.
- Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat until all of the mixture has been formed into balls.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
